How can we help?

When can I move in?

If a storage space is available, you can move in as soon as you complete the rental process.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

You will need a government-issued form of photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID or passport).

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless you request a longer lease.

What about insurance?

Coverage of stored goods is recommended. Tenant insurance is available if your goods are not insured under another policy. We will provide you with details of coverage options.

Do I need to bring my own lock?

Locks are available for purchase at our 24-hour self-service kiosk located in the front office of the storage facility.

Do you collect a security deposit?

We do not collect a security deposit. A one-time administration fee of $30 is payable when you rent your unit.

What kind of security do you have?

Our facility features a computerized electronic gate with coded access. Our climate controlled buildings have coded access as well. Digital security cameras located throughout the facility record 24/7. Other security measures include perimeter fencing and an abundance of outside lighting.

Does someone have to be in the office to let me through the security gate?

No, you will be given your own gate access code that will allow you access from 5am to 11pm, 7 days a week.

What are climate controlled units?

Climate controlled units are located within the interior of a building, accessed by hallways. They maintain a temperature range of 50-80 degrees Fahrenheit. This helps protect your stored belongings from extreme outside temperatures.

Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

Push-carts and dollies are available for use in our climate controlled buildings.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards, bank drafts, cash, checks and money orders.

When is rent due?

Your recurring monthly charges are due on the first day of each month.

How do I make a payment?

You may make payment either at our on-site kiosk, through our website, by mail or by phone. You may also have your monthly payment automatically deducted from your checking or savings account or automatically charged to your Visa, MasterCard or Discover card.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

All leases are month-to-month; therefore we request one month's written notice before you move out.

Are there any items that I am NOT allowed to store?

You may not store liquids, explosives, flammable items, toxic materials, food items or perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item.

What are the hours of operation?

Our self-service kiosk and our online reservation service are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your account information may also be accessed through your online account at any time. Gate access hours are from 5am to 11pm, 7 days a week.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?
